FAQ
Do you offer a free trial so we can see your programs before we commit?
Yes we do! When you sign up for a free trial, you’ll get access to our platform, so you can see the various challenges and understand how the program could be customised for your school. You’ll also have access to view a snapshot of our scoreboard, along with extra information about the program. You’ll have access to our platform for fourteen (14) days.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee if we don’t like the program?
At Fit XP, we’re confident that you’ll absolutely love the program we design for you. If you don’t, we’re more than happy to alter or adapt your program to better suit your students’ interests. Still don’t love it? We’re happy to offer you a complimentary second program to trial at your school, or a complete refund of your investment. Spoiler alert: no school has ever taken us up on the offer.
I’m keen to get Fit XP started at my school. Where do I start?
Getting started with Fit XP couldn’t be easier. Simply complete our enquiry form, and we’ll be in touch straight away to give you all the information you need.
Do the athletes ever visit our school?
Athlete visits are very common, depending on their schedules. We endeavour to have athletes visit your school at least once within the program.
